Samsung stopped working

My Samsung galaxy s20 5g has just suddenly stopped working, it was switched on and working fine then about 30mins later it was turned off and won't respond to anything even if I try to charge it.

Try holding vol down and power until phone vibrates.

Hi @Lisam84 , how are you getting on today with your Samsung? Sorry to hear it had stopped working earlier. 😞 It would be great to hear back from you to see if you managed to get something arranged?
