Please help my phone has had a black screen since yesterday. I could hear message coming through and I think I've since turned it off. It won't turn on and beeps when on charge

I'd say it's probably best you take it into your closest o2 shop to get it sent off for repairs.

I would contact Samsung first, particularly if it's still under warranty.
