Click on recent orders in your MyO2, then print as a pdf file.

It will save to your phone or PC.

You need to choose the print option.

A pdf app will need to be installed on the device also.

Hi PatryMILLER022 with regulars to getting a receipt for proof of purchase for the device if it was an in store purchase the store can reprint this for you or if you call customer service they should be able to email you a copy of this.
