Motorola Edge missing charger

I just received my new Motorola Edge and there's no plug in the box! Charging cable is included but no plug!! Has anyone else had this problem?

Wow. Pretty shocking in my opinion. Selling handsets that are capable of high speed charging and not including the plug is not on.

Disgraceful in my opinion. It's O2 policy yet some phones do include the charger so there is no consistency. A policy that needs reviewing!

It's not as if O2 do this to gain any competitive edge either, as the same phone, with a charger, is available for less from other outlets... Probably even still on O2's network, too!

Hi, can I piggyback on this thread without creating one?

I ordered and received a Huawei Y5 like new and I also did not receive the charger. I know that this is standard policy but the page did advertise the availabilty of the charger:

And take a screenshot of the Web page today, while it clearly states 'charger' in the "What's in the box" section for that phone, @Ott11
