Is there a NB-IoT or CAT-M1 coverage map for O2?

Hi, is there a CAT-M1 or NB-IOT coverage map for O2 somewhere? Does O2 support CAT-M1 or NB_IOT? If it does, is there coverage in Hawick, Scottish Borders? Do I need a special SIM card or will the regular O2 prepaid SIM work?
