      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have recently transferred from EE to 02 and this was supposed to be completed today. I have 2 phones and are receiving phones and texts on both, and not receiving some texts at all. Why is this taking so long? Is there anything I can do? I have rebooted both phones several times but still no luck.</description>
