My Nokia 2630 can make outgoing calls, it can take messages but unable to take incoming call. Please Help!

If not you may need a new sim.

You can order one online, or pop into your local O2 shop where they will swap your number for you.

Try dialing 1760 to turn off voicemail.

call diverted must have been activated, I don't know how or why but when I followed your advice all is now working fine. Thank you!
