      <description>You could try a soft or hard reset but I'd need to know what type of phone to advise how?&lt;BR /&gt;If it is completely dead you'd be best advised to contact the manufacturer for help but try the easy things first like connecting to a charger to see if the battery died etc.&lt;BR /&gt;Also try holding the power button for 30 seconds or so.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try a reset or removing the battery if you are able to or go to the handsets manufacturer for a repair. Don’t use O2 repairs&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
