Not receiving icon or message when I have a new voice message

Hi, I have a Nokia Lumia 925, I used to get an alert when I had a new voice message but this doesnt happen any more, does nanyone know how I can turn this option back on again?

Have a look at our VM help and try turning VM off and back on again https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-Services/All-you-need-to-know-about-O2-Voicemail-901/m-p/547712#U547712
However, I have a 640 with insider previews and the last firmware update knocked out all my notification icons. I had another update last night which has restored them, so it may be a firmware issue on phone.

Mind you funnily enough tonight my iPhone 7 has knocked out notifications so I’m only noticing them if I’m actively using my phone at the time & that includes text messages
