Hi @Anonymous

Telephoning O2 CS via 202 for contract customers or 4445 for PAYG.

An alternative is via O2's Online Live Chat Service.

http://www.o2.co.uk/mobile/contactus

Your PAC Code is valid for 30 days from the date O2 gave it to you.

It may not be easy with 2 kids but between 8-8.30am is the best time to call.

@Anonymous Be aware that if they are on contracts, there will be an overlap of charges between the time you give BT your PAC for your kid's phones, depending on how much time is left . Initiating the PAC automatically cancels your O2 contract, but you will pay a pro rata fee for the remainder of the contract. If the sims are Pay & Go you will just lose whatever credit you had with O2.
