Log into your my o2.
Go to view bill then view previous bills and you can print them out.

Click on download as pdf. You should get a vat bill which you can print.

Except that part of the O2 site isn't working and hasn't been for two days!! It's O2 that decided to only habe bills on-line and not send paper ones, so they should get their fingers out and fix it!

App is working but not website version for me.
Maybe try app until website is fixed?

No must be just certain accounts or number ranges. Working fine for me web version and app.
