      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received 3 BlackBerry Q10 devices from repair, they are network locked. I requested a unlock code via the unlock form and via your hotline. The codes I was send are not working. Also our business account manager is not able to help. Can anyone help me to unlock these phones? I guess it is a general problem as it only affected phones which came back from repair.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to send you the IMEI numers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thomas&lt;/P&gt;</description>
