Hi all,

You'll likely have seen some of the usual & typical Blackberry fan & support sites recently break some news on when the latest 10.3.1 update was headed to the UK. If not, we wanted to give all BB users the heads up that the update should be coming your way towards the end of next week. The update will be applicable for all BB10 devices so eyes peeled, this is definitely an update you'll be wanting to get onto your devices pronto!

We know the update has been a long time coming so once you’ve taken it for a spin, please do let us know your thoughts on it – any changes, new features, stuff you like and stuff you don’t.

Thanks @Chris_K & @MI5 for the heads up.

Already got it on the Classic but will be good to compare with the Z10.

Surprisingly there are fewer O2 apps in BB World than before and it's still necessary to use Snap to load some Android apps that are not on Amazon appstore either.

Hi all,

10.3.1 should be hitting all BB10 devices sometime today. The exact timing isn't currently known but for all you UK users, you should see it available for your device by tomorrow.

Just as an FYI, this is quite a large update and so will only available over Wifi. Look out for it in Settings > Software Updates.

There are lots of improvements but for anyone upgrading from 10.2.x, here's some of the best bits:
- Integrated Amazon app store.
- Support for Blackberry Blend
- Continued Battery optimisation
- Refreshed look and feel
- Lots of back end integration into new corporate BES 12

Just another heads up that we're seeing some tweets into us that from some O2 customers who've now updated and found the update to be very worthy, so if you go check for updates now we're sure it'll be there for you too.

Yep, it's a beastly sized update, but so worth it! Hope your Wifi's up to the task Soldier?
