Help with setting up picture messages on Nokia 225

Please can somebody help. My mum recently purchased a Nokia 225 & she is unable to receive picture messages. She hasn't got access to the Internet & now I can't work out how to fix this. There used to be a number used text to set it up. Please help!

Text the word ACTIVE to 2020

You may need to have MMS provisioned on her account too.

Apn Settings http://www.geeksquad.co.uk/articles/o2-apn-settings

Remember it's 40p each time to send and needs mobile data turned on in settings.

There are cheaper alternatives such as email and what's app etc.
