My Blackberry Bold is currently not sounding a ringtone for an incoming call although the profile seems set correctly. All I get is a buzz! Can anyone suggest how I can re-establish ringtones for incoming calls?

First thing to try is a battery pull with phone switched on.
Assuming you haven't deleted or moved your chosen tone?

What happens if you choose one of the other profiles?

What happens if you change the ringtone sound?

Are you getting any notification noises at all or is just the ringtone that isn't working?

Oh and which Bold is it? 9000, 9700 or 9900?

Edit: Do you have an app called "One Touch Flashlight" installed? As MI5 correctly states, a battery pull should fix the issue but it might re-occur if this app is installed.
