      <description>Take out the battery and replace it.&lt;BR /&gt;Plug phone into a charger.&lt;BR /&gt;If it still won't come on use Live Chat to contact O2 (click on "contact us" at the bottom of the page).</description>

      <description>If a hard reset won't work or MI5's advice then,....&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To find out how to carry this out just google how to hard reset your make of blackberry handset.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Either contact blackberry support to have it repaired if necessary or walk into your local O2 shop and send it off.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try blackberry first.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A target="_blank" href="http://uk.blackberry.com/support.html"&gt;http://uk.blackberry.com/support.html&lt;/A&gt;</description>
