Hi and thanks in advance, my husbands nokia has become unresponsive it keeps flicking from windows phone screen to o2 screen to a black screen .unable to switch it of or on help please

Try resetting it pressing and holding the Power and Volume Down keys simultaneously until the phone vibrates. Release and the phone should restart.

You may need to reset to factory settings but this will erase all data stored on the phone.

Make sure the charger is disconnected, and switch the phone off.
Press and hold the volume down key, and connect the charger. An exclamation mark (!) is shown on the screen.
Press the keys in the following order: volume up, volume down, power, and volume down. Your phone resets, and boots up. This may take several minutes. If there is still a problem you may have to have the phone repaired.

Done reset now it comes up with above codes and now switches off or freezes
