Hi there my name is Scott,

i recently bought my girlfriend an HTC windows phone but her signal keeps dropping out for as long as 5.5 hours in most cases.

Any suggestions how to fix this?

Many thanks

Try the usual fault finding process.

Clean the simcard

Check local masts for problems : O2 Service Status

Try the sim in another phone if possible.

Anyone else on O2 having problems?

Pickup a new simcard from the O2 store.

If everything checks out, return the phone under the warranty.
