just bought a new phone and it only rings for 20 seconds is there anyway of makeing it ring longer as you are just about to answer and it stops its a LG gt540 and its my old ring tone from a mp3

in easy terms as not very good with this stuff

thanks for the quick replys but can you make it longer than 30s as in my job as a builder sometimes have to put the phone where a get a signal in the area i work and could be up ladders etc

No, the only way is to dial 1760 to turn off voicemail and it will ring all day. Then switch back on when you need it by dialling 1750
