      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you're a Pay Monthly customer you should be paying by Direct Debit, as you're meant to do according to the Terms &amp;amp; Conditions. If you were, you wouldn't be having this problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>As the account is blocked (?) you may not find the option to pay in your My O2, so I think the only way is to call from a landline or another O2 phone.&lt;BR /&gt;It is only a free call from an O2 phone though +44 3448090202 (Free).</description>

      <description>The only way I can think is to deliberately enter the wrong sim PIN a number of times so it locks out.&lt;BR /&gt;In that case, entering the correct PUK would release the block to allow CS to be called, which would not cost, providing mobile data was turned off to prevent the system jumping on the network connection.</description>

The easiest way to do that would be to make sure the phone is unlocked, take out the UK sim and use a local one. Job done.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So simple really. Why would you take a phone abroad, cancel a direct debit knowing that you would have to make a payment whilst there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pay online or through the My O2 app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
