I topped my phone up this morning and it said I should have gotten 1gb data, 750 minutes and 4000 texts and 4g ready. But it has been saying that each text I send is taking out of the credit. Surely it should be saying that i have used one of my 4000 texts? It is also trying to limit the amount of data I use per day, last month it didn't do this.

Your top up may take 24 hrs to update. Check your account tomorrow.

Your allowance will only refresh if you have reached your anniversary date, otherwise it will just be applied as credit which will be used as you are finding out now.

The only time your anniversary date will change is if you top up late. You only get allowances once each calendar month.
