Why do you have to click through 5 pages to get to the point where you can print out your bill on My O2?

We have asked for a link on the bill page but still waiting. ....

I had hoped that would have been done by now. It is so time consuming taking people through it...with a picture explanation (which is what I needed initially)

It's been reported many times and was supposed to have been fed back, but I guess O2 think it's OK as nothing has been done about it.

Yes I've noticed some subjects are re-occuring and don't get dealt with. I had to register an official complaint when nothing was done about VAT invoices. Beggers the question of the validity and use of the forum!!

The forum can help with most things and admin do feed back the issues we report. However......
