08000 numbers

Hi,

I'm after a bit of advice please.

I know 0800 numbers are free but could someone tell me if 08000 numbers are,

Yes they will be as any number beginning with 0800 is free it is this that clasifies the call type the exta 0 in your number will be the start of the main number

and how the hell are you supposed to remember that 070, 076 and lots of other 07 numbers are not mobile numbers and therefore chargeable too?????
