How do u take a bolt on off ur tariff?

Can't seem to get it off,when I ring 4444 it doesn't give me an option an have came on my O2 site an still can't do it...

In my O2 there is an option for adding, changing or removing bolt ons on the right hand side of your main page.

It's a works bolt on,don't need or want it anymore and can't seem to get it cancelled,I can't see the option on the righthand side of my o2 either...

So if it doesn't appear as a bolt on in your My O2 it will be an integral part of your tariff and not able to be removed.

Yeah it is - I used to have it on a tariff I took about 4 years ago.
It gave data, wifi access and free MMS messages, but it's been discontinued now for some time.

Just be aware now that you will be charged £1 per day that you access any data for anything, so keep mobile data turned off and just use wifi for your data requirements.
