My contract with O2 is about to finish.

I would like to change from O2 to BT.

Apparently I can find my renewal date on MyO2.

No I can't.

I just want to have the number punted over to a new BT SIM at the end of the O2 contract, but I need to know when the end is.

O2 closes at 9pm, so that's that!

It is in your MY O2.
It will say when you can upgrade your account which is the date you can give notice if you want to leave O2.
Just ask CS for your PAC so you can move your number to BT.

Once you receive your PAC O2 will then generate a final bill if you have any fees left to pay.

Your PAC is valid for 30 days once you get it
