      <description>&lt;P&gt;there seems to be problems with it today. i have been connected given details and then thats it, disconnected nothing you can do, except become later and later for the other things you need to do in your life/work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i connected a second time, was told the name of person i was connected with then, yes, disconnected again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this is a joke.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;online chat help is probably the best thing o2 offers as you have the chance to speak to a real person, granted they are no doubt limited in the amount of training and therefore the ceiling is low as to what help you can get but for simple fixes its ideal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;however, my simple fix is turning into a complete pain in the arse today and it is getting worse.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now i am behind my daily schedule and late for something very important.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;problem still not rectified.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks o2&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;of course i would call CS if it was guaranteed not to charge me for the call but i am pretty sure there are charges so i will not call thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i want to claim my rewards, this will push my balance up enough to renew my monthly pay and go, only thing is i have switched off my phone so i dont get forced messages etc that incur menial charges.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i just wanted to come here speak to a dude and have them credit my reward and renew my monthly pay and go. simplicity is what i ask for complications are what i get...........&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;have to go now already half hour late for important business and cannot waste more time here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
