Cannot top up?!

ringing 4444 it says the service is unavailable and they're trying to fix the issue, but this is so frustrating, been like that for me for at least an hour! Voucher or trying landline nor web top up - none of them works, and I need to text! IS anyone else having this problem? I'm seriously annoyed about it.

Being monthly contract I wasn't aware there was an issue but rest assured they will get it sorted as soon as possible.

Do you have mobile banking? Most apps now have the option to top up your phone as do ATMs.

Most probably due to the time of day you were trying to top up (Site maintenance) probably all OK if you try now.

As I was online just before the op posted I can confirm the forum went down at 23.40....and again at 00.15. I gave up after that...

Same time every night....I've often wondered just what maintenance is actually done. ...think the caretaker eats his butties then....
