      <description>&lt;P&gt;Newly activated PAYG SIM - can't top up online or via 4444. Trying to top up online gives a page titled "O2 - Error 500" with the message "It looks like&amp;nbsp;something's gone wrong.&amp;nbsp;We're looking into it and hope to get it fixed soon."&amp;nbsp;...and of course a picture of that freaky-looking cat with the stick&amp;nbsp;in its mouth &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried THREE different Internet browsers and two different cards - credit and debit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Support guy on web chat said that there was "no top-up error on your account" and that "It seems to be some temporary technical error".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;But&lt;/STRONG&gt; - he then said that sometimes when the SIM card is new it requires a manual top-up - is this true? It's majorly inconvenient if so.....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
