I understand why paperless bills are a good idea but I require a printed version for my accounts. Please could you add a simple print button on the page where we view our latest bill. Preferably that will then let us print our basic bill using just one page.

It is a bit of a faff ...but MyO2 requires you to do it this way

You can print your bills..

View your latest bill in My O2

Scroll down to see 6 previous bills and click on the one you want

Scroll down to the bottom of that bill and click on View and print older bills

PS..this is a customer to customer forum by the way...so welcome..:smileywink:

Seriously, in this day and age, how difficult would that be to implement? Come on O2, sort it.

Agree with that...it is so easy to print other stuff off quickly.....(I do it with all online shopping to keep track of everything I have bought) :smileytongue:....and there is always a print button on the checkout page to allow me to do this

I completely agree, On the new dashboard I can't print my current invoice and can't even view previous ones. Trying to do our VAT return today and it's causing me major hassle, have just had to contact O2 to ask them to email me copies across, now have got get my partner to go through the same ordeal to get his

Hi guys,

Does the below help?

Click Bills in the navigation menu
Click “View latest bill”
Scroll down the page and click “View latest detailed usage and charges”

Scroll down the page and click “Download and print latest bill”

Scroll down and click “Download PDF bill”

In case you want to print older bills, from the Bills page, select the bill from “View and compare your bills” and follow the same process.

Maybe an idea to remove the 'This is not a VAT invoice' from pdf bills so that when the paper bills don't turn up, they can just be printed. They could always be marked as 'copy bill' as elsewhere to prevent double claiming back of VAT.
