      <description>Have just upgraded phone and on network now, all services have transferred to new phone, Samsung s5 but despite being logged onto wifi, I can't get any internet access on phone. Anyone any ideas? X</description>

      <description>Basically that^&lt;BR /&gt;Make sure you are on the correct home hub ssid.&lt;BR /&gt;You want the one that starts&lt;BR /&gt;Bthub*-****&lt;BR /&gt;* being variable&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>No I'm on Virgin. I was at work last night and hadlogged in on the work wifi which I have never had an issue with. As soon as I left work and lost wifi, I could get on Internet. Now I'm home and picked up my home wifi, I can get on Internet fine. Didn't have issue with work wifi with old s3 phone, is there something I need to do, it usually just picked it up when I was in work and with no issue?</description>
