vat invoices and past bills

Since 1999 I have been able to print off a VAT invoice and view older bills now this seems to have ceased, yet if you look at the phone app it says it is still possible to view older bills at least..

"We only show up to six months previous bills. Please visit www.o2.co.uk/myo2 to view older bills."

Which is not what I was told by customer services when I called them after I could not do so on the website.

Please make your minds up can I or can I not print VAT invoices and view bills older than 6 months if I so wish.

On the PC go into My O2, view latest bill and scroll down you will see 6 months of previous bills.

Open one of those and scroll to the bottom and click on View and print older bills

From there, use the drop down box at the top of the screen. I can go back to March 2013 on mine.

All mine for the past 2 years are still in My O2, you just have to go through a different process to get them now.
Click on Bills, then View latest Bill, then View and compare bills, then scroll down to View and Print Older Bills.
Not easy but it's still there !!

Yes you can.

In myo2 on the mobile platform you can see the last six bills.

In myo2 on a pc you can see older invoices as well.

You can then print from there.

Will the vat invoice part still be on these older bills? I thought you had to request this to be set up on your account by CS?
