Can not call customer services from tesco mobile.

Hi all my x has an old phone of mine and for love or money I carnt get hold of anyone to cancel the contract had to stop paying it in the end carnt call the 0344 number just keeps saying number not recognised from my tesco phone. Any help ? Ooh and I don't have a landline.

Try the same number nut replace 0344 with 0800.
Someone else has said previously they can't call it from a Tesco phone.
Also you could borrow someone else's O2 phone to call 202 directly.

Thank you for the reply i am on a capped contract on my tesco phone and 0800 numbers aren't free or included in the allowance. Don't know anyone with O2 phone all on tesco lol that's why I whent with them. Really pissing me off going to end up with a hit on my credit rating for this. You would think thay would have a standard landline number to call 😞

The only other one I have is 0113 272 2000 but you will have to ask nicely if they will put you through to cs as that is the Leeds office switchboard number.

Can you call customer service from an O2 store? I know Vodafone has phones in its stores for that but I don't know if O2 does as well.

Yes, they will allow you to do that from a store.

More likely to be an error rather than being blocked - Maybe it recognises the number as the 202 shortcode and then fails because it's not coming from an o2 number?

Calling 0844 numbers to reach O2 customer services at some 20ppm given the wait we have to endure these days?
