I get my bill reminders by email and by text

I dont want the text reminders

How do I switch them off?

You need to call customer service as tyhere is no option to do it for yourself.

I have never heard of this (the text notification) I just get the emails....

Thats what used to happen for me but upgraded just before Christmas and since then ....

Yup. Called o2 and they have agreed to stop sending them
