Hello @Anonymous and welcome to the community.

If you log into My O2 you can click on your order and there should be a section on the status and an option to track it.

Alternatively you can call O2 CS on your O2 mobile for free to ask them.

You can also check on the delivery company's own website by inputting the tracking number.
