      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, having trouble viewing my bill.&amp;nbsp; From the My device page, I click on the View My Bill button, a new page opens and the following is displayed: DASH_ERR04: The account number in the target address is invalid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Same thing occurs when I click on "view and print your older bills"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would appreciate some guidance.&amp;nbsp; Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>It's always worth clearing your browser cache and trying a different browser (some have reported IE11 as been problematic before), but if all fails call CS on 202 and get them to check it out at their end.</description>
