Whilst turned off you could also take out the sim cards and give them a quick wipe with a dry cloth.....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully you'll be back up and running in no time at all &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.o2.co.uk/html/@86490D440D0190FE6D301D335D2A66D8/images/smilies/011.png" alt="slight_smile" title="slight_smile" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
