      <title>Loyal O2 customer</title>

      <description>I've been with O2 for many years. Recently smashed my phone mid contract so opted to pay off balance and upgrade.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In doing so O2 have taken remaining balance but my order is "still in progress" I'm assuming. Credit check.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Bad news for me as my credit history isn't great.... But I've never missed an O2 payment and they've taken my money for remainding contract. Will I get my money back if I'm refused an upgrade?</description>

      <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have never missed a payment then you should be fine. They don't do another credit check on upgrades.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ting them on 202 for clarification.</description>

      <description>Thanks. It's just been "in progress" for a while now.... Going on 8 hours or so, O2 have normally been quite quick with these things in the past.</description>

      <description>If I was to guess its their systems catching up after your phone plan payment.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Give them a call and they will be able to help and maybe move things along.</description>
