    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="%value" size="4"&gt;I am so frustrated with trying to get my iPhone 5s unlocked. It may have been my falt for submitting to many forms as I was unaware that my iPhone was not registered to my number. I'm sure I have fixed this issue by making a charged call and connected my iphone to itunes. Before I became aware of that I fully admit I had sent loads of request for unlatching. Now I have just recieved this email.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;This iPhone unlatching request has been rejected as there are multiple&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;unlock requests received.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;When will i be able to send another request now that I assume that I have fixed the issue?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/PRE&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi @Anonymous and Welcome to the Community Forum,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Phone Cs on 202 Contract or 4445 Payg to discuss the email received and the current situation with your unlocking request. They will advise accordingly.</description>

      <description>Customer services should be able to help you and remember to have £15 credit on your sim if PAYG.</description>
