Hi my name is katy
I have fallen behind with payments to my phone plan due to not understanding how refresh works. Is it possible to make a one off card payment to the phone plan only?

Your best option is to call customer service on 202 to discuss your options.

You need to call CS on 202 from your phone to arrange a card payment

You can make ad hoc payments to reduce or pay off your phone plan by card over the phone to customer services on 202.

I can't see any reason why you can't do the same to catch up if you are behind on payments

Are you not set up on a direct debit it's the easiest way to manage it
