While playing YouTube videos it plays like 1minute of any video and goes back to reloading and starts again when I use the O2 Internet but with my home wife it's fine

It's possible the buffering is due to your masts being overloaded etc.

Check your masts status.

Try giving your sim a clean.

Can you access internet pages ok on 3G/4g ?

Ok h+ should be enough to play without buffering may be worth clearing the cache as well

Try deleting the app and try again.

Also check any settings in your phone which may be restricting data usage.

But before all that try turning your phone off and back on to reset it.

Are you using the YouTube app if so then try clearing the history if your not going through the app then in your browser settings will be an option to clear cache and data

Oh ok I did the clear cache through the app and restarted the phone it works about and does the same thing reload to the start and I put it on high quilty it's really bad quality aswell @Anonymous and @Anonymous

If you do a speedtest on mobile data it will tell you if your data connection id fast enough to stream from.....

could be a lot of data congestion in parts of london hate to think how many people uploading to facebook etc some 26.2 mile race is on today!

Or see if it needs an update or as you say delete and re download the most up to date version.
