Hello,

Is there a way I could remove data bolt-ons from my account? It seems i can only swap them but can't delete them. Any help please

Hi @Anonymous

Basically you remove Data Bolt ons {the ones you have added yourself such as The Works as an example} via your MYO2 and they will disappear on its anniversary date.

If it's included it isn't a bolt-on.

My data that came included with my tariff shows in my bolt ons as does everyone else's I've seen although it's not a bolt on I think this may be what the op is trying to remove

Well that makes no sense. If it's inclusive in your tariff and can't be removed, how can it be considered a bolt-on?

Actually, my web bolt-on is listed as a promotion, but I have a legacy contract, so it's not the same as everyone else's.

Oh ok yes that would be different but on all the new contracts they are included in the bolt ons section don't ask me why

My data allowance is definitely listed as a bolt on in My O2 - 5GB UK Data for iPhone.

Inclusive allowances are listed as a FOC (free of charge) bolt-on and are technically a bolt-on, just not a chargeable one.

Any luck? I'm also trying to take off a bolt on - the break coverage... seems impossible. no listing for remove item.
