O2 Employee discount

Hi - I am an O2 full time employee. My contract for my current phone has just come to an end - so I visited my local O2 shop - and selected an iPhone 5s and the staff tariff (working out to £25 per month). However - in the shop, it has to be put through as a normal consumer tariff - and then (somehow) I have to apply to have the staff tariff applied to this new contract. Can someone give me guidance on how to do this? Is it via the web or a text application (like the friends and family scheme)? Ta muchly, Craig

Have they put it on a Refresh deal? If it's on the correct one you can then fill out the form on the Just For You pages on the intranet.

If you're a full time O2 employee why don't you just ask someone else at work how to do it? Someone else in your department must have done what you're looking to do.

You need a new code each time you take a new contract - They are not transferable.....

Ok but if I don't upgrade at the end of my 2 years will my airtime remain with 50% off or will the friends and family expire?

You will continue to have the discount until you change contract. It only expires when you upgrade to a new contract.

Therefore, if you do nothing you will continue to enjoy 50% off the airtime, with no expiry date.
