i have forgotten my password in have been to an o2 shop they said i will have to go down in the morning for a chap to sort it out on a compuetr he is an expert is there anhthing i can do

they are telling me that i must have put a password in my mobile to stop people usingn it but i have forgotten???

Have you tried resetting the phone back to factory defaults?

i cannot go to factory reset because i cannot access my details because of not knowing my PASSWORD !!!!!!!!

Why are you shouting ??

On some Xperia's holding Vol Up and Power will get you into the bootloader where you can reset the phone - No need for any PASSWORDS !!

But without knowing which phone and which password it's probably best you go to see the guru in store......
