      <title>1GB data bolt-on no longer available</title>

      <description>I use my phone mainly for internet with about 30 minutes of calls and maybe 50 texts. I have been on O2 50 with a 1GB data bolt-on and this was perfect for me. Three days days ago I upgraded my phone but stayed on the same tariff (O2 50). I have now been told that the 1GB bolt-on is not allowed with this tariff and I have to pay for a unlimited calls and texts at £29 per month to get 1GB data. Does this sound right or am I being scammed by an O2 guru?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you upgrade your phone you will usually move on to a new tariff. Some tariffs are no longer available. Speak to customer service for more clarification on 202. Don't use webchat.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was on the o2 50 tariff before the upgrade and the o2 50 tariff after it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Customer services have confirmed that if I return the phone they can cancel the upgrade, put be back on my old tariff and restore the bolt on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have just returned my phone and once they have confirmed the upgrade has been cancelled I will change provider.&amp;nbsp; I have spoken to two customer services reps today and neither seemed at all concerned to be losing a customer of 15 years.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Shame really.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Maybe O2 should change the name of the tariff when they change the conditions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe they should let you know when you upgrade which bolt-ons are not compatible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe they should care that a customer is leaving.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;May I expect too much!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
