O2 refresh

I was looking into joining O2 refresh, I am on a 24 month contract which runs out in January with the option to upgrade 1 month early. Anyway I saw you can get 25% off the remaining balance to fast track to refresh. When I tried to though it simply said I was unable to.

Does anyone know why this is? Thanks in advance.

I would suggest ringing O2 Customer Services by dialing 202 from your mobile, or pop into your local high street store to go through the process.

You can't do the 25% jump to refresh online at the moment it can only be done in store or over the telephone. So if you wish to use this offer i'd recommend visiting your local O2 store.
