    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi just logged into MY O2 and it says I can upgrade check the upgrade store when I open that link I am told I am not yet able to upgrade anyone know if I can get around this on the web page or do I need to drag myself out of bed during the day time and make a call ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I'm afraid you will need to call them if the website won't allow you to go through the upgrade process.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
