    <description>&lt;P&gt;I cant believe how annoying it can be chatting with O2 Staff&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had a samsung note phone that cracked its screen when it overheated, right where the camera was. It was in my pocket in a wallet at the time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was told by O2 that I could send it for repair as it was still under warentee.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did that then got a bill for £100 to fix it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When it arrived back, it had another fault that prevented me from using it, so O2 agreed to do a replacement within 2-3 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After 4 days, nothing, so I contacted them again and they assured me that a replacement would be sent out the next day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4 days later and still heard nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Turns out that they dont have any in stock, So they agreed to change it for another phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this time a Galaxy note 2 in black like my original.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It arrives 3 days later and its a white one, so I get back to them, explained that its white and they realise that they made a mistake and say they will get a black one into the post the same day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, my sim card no longer fits as the note 2 is a micro sim.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4 days later another white one arrives !!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After spending ages talking to them today (3 hours) they realised that they dont have any Note 2's in black so said I could have another type of phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So ask for a Sony Xperia Z Purple&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fine I think, its all sorted, but I still have to pay £100 for a repair to my phone that never worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just checked my order status and guess what, its a Sony Xperia Z Black.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have O2 no idea what they are doing ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I feel like chucking the phone in the bin and never dealing with O2 again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Absolutely disgusted by their service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cost me over £100 for a repair that never worked, having to wait in my house 4 times so far for replacements that were the wrong phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am loosing the will to live with these people.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
