Monthy Data allowance, cant find usage!

Hi, i can not find the amount of data iam using per month the app wont show me says allowance is 0.0Gb and used 0.0Gb and online(my O2) account does not show either, and when i rang O2 the women was very unhelpful and could not tell me how much i had used or how to correct the sitaution, any ideas??

Its a 500mb on Iphone4 so you can see i need to keep a rough eye on it, i have been using the carphone warehouse app, which is ok but not great, the 02 app shows my calls and texts fine its just the data

I think you will need to contact o2 and ask them to reset your online account as thats clearly not right

I have tried ringing and they were no help what so ever they couldnt even tell me how much data i had used to date

Still not slolved spoke to a tech via the online chat who tried various things that didnt work and sent something off which needed 5 days to confirm its been 8 now and still have not heard anything
