Hi,

Live Chat will not be able to help you on this as they are normally Ok for general enquiries.

Take out the sim and give it a wipe.

Turn your phone off and on to reset it and check your networks settings are Ok.

Best practice would to pop into an 02 Store to get a blank sim and perform a sim swap.

They can do it in store by making a call while you are there or by doing it yourself online.
