does anyone know how long it takes 02 to respond to you sending your phone for repairs? i sent mine off nearly two weeks ago and have heard nothing from them at all!

As said contact 02 Customer Services or visit the 02 shop you chose to handle this for you.

Usually it gets returned within 3 days but go to your local store &'ask them.

The average turnaround time is 4-7 working days. Contact the store.
